We want you to be completely satisfied with SellBot.in. Please review our policies regarding service cancellations and refunds below.

1. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard. Once cancelled, your service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.

2. Refunds

Since we offer a 3-day free trial to fully test the service before subscribing, subscription charges are generally non-refundable. However, under exceptional circumstances (such as technical downtime preventing service delivery):

• You may request a refund within 7 days of the billing transaction.
• Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original source of payment (Bank Account, UPI, or Card).
• Refund Timeline: Once initiated, refunds will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days as per standard banking processes.
